Interesting and rewarding to have contributed as head of the secretariat for the legislative comittee drafting new legislation for sharing of public sector data.
The Official Norwegian Report titled “Med lov skal data deles” was out for public consultation until the 9th December this year. The report and the responses in the public consultation may be found here:

The report and the responses to the public consultation will now be input to the Ministry og Digitalisation and Public Governance when they prepare the two Data sharing acts (for respectively open and protected data) for debate and decision by the Norwegian Parliament (Stortinget).
